Notice of Property Sale
On January 25, 2010, the University of أغجاض±²¥ closed on sale of its fee interest in Lot 17, أغجاض±²¥ Research Park, St. Charles County, أغجاض±²¥, dated December 31, 2009, for the University of أغجاض±²¥ System. The University of أغجاض±²¥ Board of Curators authorized sale of lots at أغجاض±²¥ Research Park to tenants with long-term leases, in accordance with buyout provisions of their leases at their February 4, 2005 meeting. The property was sold to Trust B Holdings, LLC for $1,000.
